Solo Shows/Installation

"Natural Disasters of the Human Kind": a play about a storm.

Description:

What does the word "waterline" mean to you?

"I have a waterline.  It's on my body.  It's my C-Section scar."

Actor and activist, Shannon Ivey, moved back to Columbia, SC three weeks after the catastrophic flood of October 2016.  As a tribute and an exploration of the theme "Waterlines,"  Shannon created a solo performance that is moving, surprising, and often quite funny. This performance explores themes of grief, vulnerability, change, all the while examining the process of pregnancy and birth.

Run time : 25-30 minutes not including post show discussion.
